Mr. Thomas R. Kline

Thomas Kline is a retired educator of forty years. The most current twenty years, he was an administrator, and the first twenty years he served as a mathematics teacher. In the Warsaw Community School district, Tom served four different administrative positions. This included time as an elementary principal, as a middle school principal, as the director of secondary schools and as the chief accountability officer. Previous to those assignments, Tom served in the Lawrenceburg Community School district as an assistant high school principal, the math/science department chairman and college prep mathematics teacher. In addition, Tom has taught mathematics as an adjunct professor at Northern Kentucky University and Ivy Tech.

Tom’s leadership included the specialty skills in Professional Learning Communities, teacher evaluation, school improvement and data analysis. His leadership accomplishments include raising a school district from a C to an A corporation, and, at the building level, raising an elementary school’s grade from a D to a B (4 of 5 years).

Education has always been a passion with Tom. He loves working, in any capacity, with administrators, teachers, and students toward the goal of improving education.
