With more than 20 years of experience serving students with disabilities, Linda began her career as a Special Education Teacher with JESSE (Joint Educational Services in Special Education), working with students in Mild Disabilities, Blind/Low Vision, and Orthopedic Impairments. She later served as the Special Education Director for JESSE from 2011 to 2023, providing leadership and oversight for special education programs and services across member districts.
Throughout her career, Linda has been actively involved in the Indiana Council of Administrators of Special Education (ICASE), serving on leadership teams at both the local and state levels from 2011 to 2023. Following her tenure at JESSE, she served as a Family Liaison for IN*Source in Northern Indiana from 2023 to 2025, supporting families as they navigated special education services and advocating for meaningful partnerships between schools and families.
In Fall 2024, Linda served as Interim Special Education Director for GLASS (Greater Lafayette Area Special Services), providing leadership and continuity during a period of transition. She currently serves as the Project Lead for the Marshall-Starke United for ALL Abilities Family Network, where she works to strengthen family engagement, community partnerships, and support systems for individuals with disabilities and their families.
